PPC – How It All Started

An arrow-head activity of Missions Aid Network is the Prophetic Prayer Conference where Believers gather together to minister to the Lord via praise, worship, and prayers as in the book of Acts. There the Lord also ministered back to them by releasing Paul & Bannabas into the ministry. The passage said the “Holy Spirit spoke”. No generation needs to hear from the Holy Spirit more than ours and this ministry has innumerable testimonies of God speaking accurately into the people’s lives that release them into God’s purpose for their lives as well as deliver to them miracles that have eluded them.

The Lord has asked us to do this conference worldwide in cities and campuses, churches and everywhere. We will obey and do it with every spiritual, human and material resource at our disposal. I am impatient about this and this is why:

While I was praying with Prof. Ayobami Salami, a bosom friend at the Spots Centre of the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife Nigeria, 2006 God gave me two visions. In the first one I saw the Lord’s Pierced and bleeding hands stretched out in the sky with multitudes rushing under the blood flow. As they did this, I saw them receiving miracles of healing, divine provisions, prosperity, and what have you. I was elated and the vision stopped.

We continued to pray but then saw the vision exactly a second time but this time with more details than the two uplifted hands. I saw the Lord’s body from torso up to the head but a veil was put on His face. Nobody cared to see His face but there was a great struggle to bath under the flow of blood pouring from His hands, head and body.

At this point the Lord spoke to me, “this people seek my hands but not my face. They have deliberately covered my face. Gather them together and teach them the beauty of my face; I will uncover it and show them my face and restore them into fellowship with me”.

This is where we got the theme of the first but aborted conference, “The beauty of His face”. The conference was aborted because the University at Ife Nigeria was closed down by the government due to an industrial crisis.

The first Prophetic Prayer Conference however, was held in Dublin October 30, 2006 and by April 2009 we have held five conferences in Ireland. Testimonies of God revealing His face abound showing God’s faithfulness to His word.

Please, keep tack of upcoming PPC events worldwide on this page of our website. Also, opportunities abound to support this vision in prayer, service and kind. As a matter of policy, we don’t collect or raise offerings during the PPC, therefore every support is done prior to each event.

Rev. Baba-Lola is a seasoned prophetic minister who touches many lives by bringing God’s anointed word to the body of Christ for encouragement, deliverance, and revelation. Rev. Baba-Lola is also used by the Holy Spirit to minister impartations to the body of Christ, for the equipping of the saints to fulfill God’s purposes in their lives.
